Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and how you stay in control. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Sienna Studios, an independent web design and development studio led by Andrés Sebastián. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email team@sienna-studios.com.
Analytics, only if you accept
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they got here and roughly where they are, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years) and processes data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and a pseudonymous identifier. Google acts as our processor and may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Nothing from Google Analytics loads until you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore it, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. The legal basis is your consent.
Changing your cookie choice
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months, then ask again. You can change your mind at any time with , also linked in the footer of every page. Declining removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry, we store what you enter (name, email, and optionally company, region, current website and your message) so we can reply. To stop spam, we also store a keyed hash of your IP address, which can't be turned back into the address. The form data is stored with Supabase, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing abuse.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If we start working together, they become part of the project record. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so no font requests go to third parties.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything processed before. Emailteam@sienna-studios.com and we'll respond within a month. If you're in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
