Founding client rate

Your website, Google listing, review system, consistent listings, call tracking and a before snapshot of where you rank. Setup goes to $999 once the founding spots are filled.
First three months

Review follow-up, listing monitoring, call tracking, up to two small edits a month and a results report at day 60.
After that, you choose

Hosting Plan at $49 keeps your site online and secure. Growth Plan at $249 adds new service and city pages, Google posts, review replies and a monthly report and call.
Pay in two parts: half to start, half when your site goes live. Both plans are month to month, with no long contracts. Full copywriting, image sourcing, branding, extra languages and added features are quoted separately, and any additional work is $55 per hour.

How long does it take?
Typically about two weeks from when we have your photos, services and service areas. Your site goes live and your Google listing is complete in that time. Moving up the map takes a few months of steady work.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Anyone who guarantees that is not being straight with you. We show you where you start, what we changed, and what moved.

- Written scope + price. You know what you get and what it costs before anything starts.
- Design + build, 2–3 weeks. You see real drafts along the way, tested on phones.
- Launch + get found. 30 days of launch support, your Google profile checked, and a walkthrough for simple edits.
What do I need to give you?
Your services, the areas you cover, some photos, and access to your Google listing. We handle the rest. Light copy editing is included. Full copywriting and image sourcing are paid add-ons.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and you own your site either way, whether you stay on a plan or leave.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. After the one-time setup, everything is month to month.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, you get a walkthrough at launch. Or send small changes to us: the Hosting Plan includes a few small edits a month, and the Growth Plan includes more.
I get most of my work from referrals. Do I need this?
Referrals are great, and many referred customers still Google you before they call. If they find a weak or missing site, some of them won’t.
I’ve tried SEO before and it didn’t work.
That’s usually because no one showed you proof. Here you get a clear starting snapshot and a report at 60 days, and you can leave anytime.
What does it cost compared to ads?
Paid leads add up quickly, and they stop the day you stop paying. The Growth Plan is a flat monthly price, and one booked job often covers several months of it.
You’re not in my city. Does that matter?
